Pay rates are highly competitive. If you are a contractor for example, you will see 70% of the current NDIS rate.
For those wanting to work with us, you must be:
Open towards learning. In the community sector of occupational therapy, there is a constant learning
Friendly and proactive.
Enjoy in working with clients from all walks of life in the community sector.
Have the appropriate fundamental skills required for tasks such as report writing, independent travel, and undertaking phone calls.
Occupational Therapists with at least one-two years of experience would prove ideal.
