Our Services
Aidaway is a mobile occupational therapy practice based in Ringwood, in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. We travel across Melbourne and surrounding areas, and offer telehealth where it suits the referral. Our occupational therapy services are for people aged 16 and over.

- Assistive TechnologyAssessment, trials and prescription, from mobility aids to powered wheelchairs.
- Mental Health OTEmotional regulation, sensory modulation and practical daily-life strategies.
Where we work
We are based in Ringwood and travel across Melbourne, including the eastern and south-eastern suburbs, the Dandenong Ranges, the CBD, and out towards Werribee and Epping. We coordinate nearby appointments where we can and generally cap travel charges at 30 minutes. Telehealth does not attract travel costs and is available for some clients outside Victoria where appropriate. We do not run a clinic, because for most of our clients an assessment is more useful in the environment they actually live in.
Funding
We work with NDIS, Medicare, DVA, TAC, WorkSafe, private health, Home Care Package and Support at Home funding, and self-funded arrangements. See our funding and fees page for eligibility, typical service times and rates.
